What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Regarding personal data provided to KC Struktur Kft. (hereinafter referred to as “KC Struktur”) upon request of a non-binding offer for the purpose of processing the request by telephone contact, e-mail contact, follow-up consultation, via homepage and domain http://www.kcstruktur.com, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the European Data Protection Act apply, as amended.
About the following data, which will be announced by you (as a customer) in the online form or in the continuing correspondence, and edited: title, first name, last name, street, house number, zip code, location, telephone number, e-mail address, or similar promotion, sale!
KC Struktur process these data until the implementation of the project, or order is in progress, or pre-contracted measures are required which consequently maintain a contract and beyond until legal claims can be asserted from a contractual relationship or statutory retention requirements exist.
Comments & other data
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

KC Struktur does not process any protection-sensitive data!
For example origin, private opinions, political opinions, religious or ideological convictions, age, etc.
When KC Struktur hire a processor to process personal data, such as bank info, credit card info; KC Struktur remains responsible for protecting your information. This type of processing always takes place on the basis of a contract.
Who we share your data with
As KC Struktur consists of a couple of different companies, there is a great likelihood that a Customer will conduct business with more than one KC Struktur company.
It is important to us that we provide the best possible customer service and overall experience and we are able to ship the products you order. For this reason, we need to share the address and name data with shipping or logistic companies. The aim of this is to ensure that you can access the relevant information on time and that you are not contacted more often than is necessary for you or for KC Struktur.
KC Struktur does not share your personal data with third-parties who intend to use the data for marketing purposes if you have not given your consent to this.
KC Struktur may also not share your personal data with third parties for other purposes but only for the above listed.
The police and/or other authorities may demand the handover of personal information from KC Struktur. In these cases, we will only hand over the data if there is a court order or another legal obligation to do so.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators from KC Struktur can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
You have the right to obtain information about all your data sent to KC Struktur.
You may request the deletion of incorrect data or data that has not been processed in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
